Sepmag Systems
Use of cookies

Sepmag Systems, SL, identified in the Legal Notice, uses its own and third-party cookies to improve the USER experience and to better understand visitors. In order to browse on sepmag.eu the USER must accept their installation by granting express consent. This is detailed in article 22 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y del Comercio Electrónico (LSSI), which addresses the processing and gathering of information.

Cookies are small files that are installed on the internet browser’s memory when certain sections or functions of a website are accessed. This miniscule file stores data related to browsing habits. The web programme that generates them is capable of accessing, recovering and rewriting this information with the aim of subsequently recognising the USER.

In the technological development of sepmag.eu four types of cookies are used:

  1. Technical Cookies. These store information that is used for the activation of services or the configuration of other cookies.
  2. Personalisation Cookies. These temporarily store the USER’s browsing preferences.
  3. Session Cookies. These transfer data between pages and are deleted when the browser is closed.
  4. Third-Party Cookies. These are established by platforms that add functionality to the site and they enable the USER profile to be recognised. Google Analytics and Optinmonster, for example, install this type of cookies.

With the exception of session cookies, they all have an expiry limit. When this limit is reached, the browser deletes them automatically.

The cookies that can be installed on your browser from this website are:

  1. hubspotutk: Personalisation cookie. It stores the identity of the registered visitor in an encrypted manner. Expires after 10 years.
  2. __hstc: Personalisation cookie to control visitors. Stores the domain; the date and time of the first visit, the visit performed immediately before the current session and the present visit; and the number of sessions opened by the visitor. Expires after two years.
  3. __hssrc: Session cookie that indicates if the browser has been restarted for a new session. Stores ‘1’ as a value if a session start is not involved.
  4. __hssc: Technical cookie that acts as a controller of the cookie __hstc, enabling it to increase the number of visits. Stores the domain name, the number of visits and the start time of the last session. Expires within half an hour.
  5. __hs_opt_out: Personalisation cookie that prevents the cookie acceptance notice from appearing when the sepmag.eu Data Protection Policy has already been accepted. Expires after 30 days.
  6. _omappvs: Mixed third-party and session cookie that acts as a controller of the website performance cookie _omappvp.
  7. _omappvp: Third-party cookie that determines the return of a registered USER to the website to generate statistical performance values. Expires after 11 years.
  8. __ga: Activation code for the statistical system of Google Analytics. Expires after two years.

In addition to these, Google Analytics and YouTube install or recover their own cookies for statistical control purposes and control of the usage preferences of the video reproduction interface on sepmag.eu.

Some completely anonymous data that is extracted from the cookies may be made available to third-party companies that are contractually obliged to comply with maximum confidentiality for the development of specialised marketing analysis or market research.

The USER may choose to block or delete the cookies installed on their browser by accessing the Settings section. All About Cookies offers much information about cookies and how to manage them.

However, if the cookies of this site are blocked, a good part of the options available will cease to be operational, or it will simply be impossible to access the site’s contents. In any case, having accepted cookies, the USER will always be able to delete those installed from their browser’s settings after completing the session so it is impossible to follow the trail of their data on this website.

To find out more about other data gathered from this website and the processing of said data, the USER should visit the Personal Data Protection page.
